Good afternoon. Last year we were very impressed by the New Year, so we decided to celebrate 2024 in the same hotel. Our joy and expectations were not met almost immediately: 1. To ride a bun you have to pay money. Last year this service was free. 2. We took advantage of early booking and purchased vouchers for 12/31/23 to 01/02/24 in early October, so that our long-awaited holiday would not be overshadowed by anything. And how the hotel administration pleased us: In the Fox Hole tavern, 4 people were seated at a 2-seater table. They couldn’t place all the dishes, so everything that wasn’t included was simply taken away and we never saw them again. Plates could only be placed on laps. Why take guests from outside (not staying at the hotel, and they were accommodated very freely) if you cannot adequately accommodate everyone? The holiday was simply ruined... 3. At the performance before the banquet, we simply stood in incomprehensible queues. An attempt to repeat last year's experience failed miserably... To get a glass of champagne you had to go through a quest: first find out at the reception, then call the ronda (so that everyone will notice that you are asking for champagne), after which they will give you a glass from under a rag.. .. where to put it after, this is also a quest. The tangerines are not peeled, it’s not clear where to remove the peel. 4. Street parties are only for children. Adults are left to their own devices 5. To ride a sleigh, you need to pay 500 rubles per person. Last year we rode for free, it was included in the price. The holiday was ruined.

While relaxing in this sanatorium, I was incredibly impressed)) The girls at the reception are polite and attentive! The therapist Andrei Viktorovich is a professional from God, he examined and prescribed a health program! A wonderful massage therapist Sergei Petrovich, if you want a massage, then only go to him) He is a real massage therapist with a capital B! The best of the best! Gorgeous baths and many different procedures that will not leave you indifferent! The staff is polite, attentive, responsive and most importantly kind-hearted! And what a cuisine there is - just a song)) The menu is sooooo varied and sooooo delicious!!! And there is an entertainment program and the children are happy here, they are entertained by animators! And there is fitness, there is yoga, there is bodyflex, and there are special workouts for joints! The training is fire!!! In general, I was restored, inspired, revived from having withered from fatigue and bustle) And for this THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE!!! I will definitely come back here! I forgot to tell you about the territory, which even in late autumn was beautiful and fresh! Everything is clean and magical!!!!!

Excellent resort. We rested in a chalet, cozy, modern, within reach of the main building, barbecue, forest, squirrels, hares .... Pleasant staff. Special words of gratitude to the massage therapist Egor, a young guy with a great future, loves his job very much, a professional. Thank you for the cleanliness and delicious food. I don't think it's the last time we're here.
